Treasurer’s report was handed out and approved.

1. Discussion was held to add Land Surveying Contest contestants travel scholarship.
Voted—Carried
2. Discussion was held regarding next year’s in-service training to include more on concrete block laying, tool demonstrations and land surveying.
3. Discussion to pay travel scholarships of $100 to all construction-related contestants going to National Competition. This includes Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, Building Maintenance, Team Works (4 contestants), Plumbing and Land Surveying. Teachers of these state winners have to be TCCIA members.

4. Dues for TCCIA membership will be $25 for 2012-2013 school year.

5. Continue to have VATAT Credit Union as fiduciary agent.

6. Pay travel scholarship to Carpentry contestant (Scott Roberts, Teacher) and Team Works Contestants. (Question is where they are from.)

1. A motion was made to retain Robert Salas as President, Brett Dickinson as Secretary, and Marven Mack as Treasurer.

2. Discussion on adding new contest for first-year Construction Trades students. No decision.
