Meeting was called to order by Raymond Bannert.

1. Raymond Bannert moved that we accept the following slate of officers for next year:
- Ray Rangel – President
- Ted Carver – Vice President
- Brett Dickinson – Secretary
- Robert Salas – Treasurer

2. Dues for TCCIA membership to remain at $20.
3. Continue to have VATAT Credit Union as fiduciary agent.

5. Ray Rangel announced there are still $2,500 in student scholarships available through the Texas Builder’s Association.
6. Ray Rangel announced he is willing to do a 4-hour session on building 1/12 scale model homes at Midwinter in Montgomery, Texas.
7. All members were urged to support the TIVA Foundation in some way.
8. Motion made by Raymond Bannert to continue website with BlueHost for another 3 years.
