1. Ray Rangel moved that we accept the following slate of officers for next year:
- Ray Rangel – President
- Ted Carver – Vice President
- Brett Dickinson – Secretary
- Gene Schramme – Treasurer

2. Dues for TCCIA membership to remain at $20.00.
3. Continue to have VATAT Credit Union as fiduciary agent.

5. Ray Rangel announced that he will continue to develop industry support and contacts.

7. Mike Benton requested that email addresses be posted on the upcoming revised website and asked for confirmation that his TCCIA donations are being credited.
